BAD SERVICE

I went to buy building materials at cash build Diesploot on the 9th of Feb and most of the bricks were bad quality as they were broken . I went back in store to tell them to come and collect and replace them, I was told they would come the following day as they had no trucks that day. I'm still waiting for collection even today (23th) which is 14days later. I've been calling their store and they taking me back and fourth and the lady who's been dealing with my complaint(Mamo) is not helpful at all . Their service towards me was unprofessional and not up to standard .
