Bad service

<p>I went to cashbuild at KGMALL witbank to purchase 1500 maxi bricks that costingR 1950 they asked money for delivery i also pay it with out a problem then by 14h00 this afternoon one guy from the shop give the call asking the directions I gave him directions, then 30 minutes later I got a call again the guy told me his name is Frans he told me he won't bring my delivery cause I didn't sign the delivery papers inside the shop he will send me the refund "how can I sign papers that I don't understand accoding to my knoledgedelivery should be sign after the delivery has been done what type of customer service is this ,I use to buy from other hardware I never get such bad experience like this am not happy at all about this </p>
