Bad service

I went to cash build to make a quotation and I made payment from my bank to the cash build with the reference number from the quotation only to find out when I get there they said the money has not cleared, question is why should we provide proof of payment if we have to wait again for the money to be cleared and the lady that was helping me mention that head office is open on Sundays they close at 11:00 and I was there at 9:00 am ,what is the point of providing the reference number for me to use as the customer and what is the store open on a Sunday! ! Is it only for cash buyers?????

I wasted my petrol money to go there!! Ridiculous!
