Bad customer service to response

I app**** for a cash built loan in Diepkloof square 23 December 2017 which is under NetBank being assisted by Leroy who for every time i call is either not at work or busy to give feedback since his the only person at cash built which deals with loans I've been waiting for response and in luck when I get him he gives response that I will get feedback before lunch or early morning this has been happening since last year and not happy about it because even if I leave messages to him I don't get call backs
