Bad customer service

I bought building materials in cash build onderkaars last week Tuesday paid for everything I was told that my material will be delivered on Thursday until today they have delivered some still waiting for the rest in order for me to get update I have to keep on calling this guy by name of Emanuel the only thing he does is to keep promising me that they are loading the truck or gives me excuses that they only have one truck is like he is making their problems mine I paid for everything and I expect to have everything that I have paid for, the experience and their customer service is very bad am not happy at all
