Bad customer service

On the 8th of April I went to Cashbuild in Queenstown to cancel the lay buy I made with them and they call it bulk deposit. I was told that it's the head office matter and I might get the answer by month end. Today the 3rd of May I have been there for the same thing and I was told to come back after the 14th of May. I wanted to use the money long time ago. They treat me as if the money is ather country I cannot wait any longer. Can you please make this a priority. Please get back to me on ***.
