Bad customer service
Cashbuild in Nqutu Plaza. The manager is a white gentleman. A jojo tank was bought on the 2nd August 2018. The old lady who bought it lost the receipt that she was supposed to use in order to collect it. The manager is refusing to give her the tank yet there is a duplicate receipt in store with the old lady"s name.
