Worst service ever, I regret going to that store Cashbuild Skycity the manager was not remorseful about the situation. I paid R1400 and the system went offline while the transaction went through on my side and the disrespectful manager came to me telling me that I should wait 24 hours. While I had people waiting for material too work. I am so disappointed and very annoyed.

Hello and good evening.

My problem is still unresolved, with no money in my bank account and no material.

It is extremely inconvenient to get the manager's attention after filing a complaint.

To be honest, nothing is resolved as a result of the system.

I would have understood better if the manager had shown concern and done his job properly.

I'm still dangling.
