Bad and poor service

I'm very disappointed and emotional about the service I received from Cashbuild Silvertondale. I app**** for a personal loan with Nedbank in March 2020.currently cashbuild cannot provide me building brick as I'm staying out of their zone. I requested them to refund me my money so I can be able to buy somewhere. Been a week now I have not received a refund. On Friday the 31 July Eddie from Cash build office gave Silverton to refund me an amount of R41000 from my nedbank money. Today I was called by Silverton manager Oupa and said my refund is not processed due to the fact that his staff didn't do the right process and now I can't even get a straight answer of their turnaround time to refund me. Staff at Silverton has even developed a bad attitude towards me as a customer. This matter is been to and from over a week and half. I just want nybrefund and never to do business with cashbuild because of this experience. I have construction workers waiting on materials and cash build are doing a roundabout. The staff here at silvertondale have no clue of how to process these refunds. And I have another pending refund which it was my direct deposit into cashbuild of R45 000 which till today it hasn't been refunded. Am tired of these people playing with my emotions. I am very emotional and it's taking its toll on me.
