I have been dealing with Frans and Portia in my purchases of building material in the past month. I have bought cash in the shop as well as by EFT after sending quotation requests via email. Frans was particularly helpful as he always went out of his way to satisfy my needs, ensuring that I get my quotes and deliveries in time. Portia handled the situation well after I was about to cancel my first purchase worth R15000, due to a misunderstanding with another staff member. Thereafter I spent close to R40 000 in the shop in the past 5 weeks as a result of the awesome service I got. The amount might not be much, but its an amount that could have gone elsewhere if these two were not on top of their game.
