Awaiting for the door

Last week Wednesday i went to buy a door at cashbuild Mabopane,i mist say the service was good,i liked how the guy from the floor i think hs name it's tshepo knew the products. He explained everything and hoe the system works he even went over and beyond explaining things i didn't ask but very helpful to future. My problem came when the door had to be delivered,i received a call same day I purchased and thought wow that os quick but to my surprise no delivery,second day i waited and third day also. But i must say when i went i liked the way they handled the matter,they took time to listen to what i had to say and explained everything and assured to me that they will deliver on that day. They took the door and it was delivered. I thank the stuff of Mabopane for the service and how you handled the matter. Thank you!!
