Artificial shortage of cement in Siyabuswa area.

I would like to know what is causing the severe shortage or none supply of building cement 32.5N and 42,5N in your shops around Siyabuswa, Kwaggafontein, Moutse, Marble Hall and Moutsiya. This has been happening for the past 6 months. Surprisingly, all the sorrounding Pakistani Hardware shops in the same areas i have mentioned above are full to capacity and they are selling each bag cement for R120. Can we say some scrupulous Cashbuild employees are creating an artificial shortage of cement so that they can easily supply the black market? Or can we say Pakistani hardwares have better procurement methods compared to Cashbuild? You can't tell me that a big company like Cashbuild is failing to meet the demand of a small rural town like Siyabuswa. Definitely, someone is not doing his/her duties or is uo to no good. Don't tell me about Covid19 because Pakistani Hardwares are also trading in the same environment. Last and foremost, may someone up there in the too management explain what is going on. We have a lot of money stuck in the Cashbuild Cards that we pre deposited to buy cement.
