After I wrote a report about Cashbuild last week, on Monday these guy called me,I narrated my whole story. He was so attentive and when I was done he assured me that my complaint was in good hands and that in 24 hrs it'll be done.As promised,in less than 24 hrs I could use my bathroom with warm water,the geyser was repaired and I could enjoy a nice shower.I've been crying for over 18 months and this guy wiped all those tears away.I wish there was a way I could show him how grateful I am.I'm not at war with the employees at the Mt Frere branch but I hope they have learnt something from this guy.I will continue supporting you cashbuild Mt Frere.A big round of applause to you Hellopeter and Chris,you've made my year.
