Appaling Service- Gugulethu Branch

We ordered 700 bricks on the 11th May 2016 and paid the full balance with the request for delivery today 13th May which was confirmed with Cashbuild Gugulethu, only to be told on the day of delivery that only 350 of my paid for 700 bricks can be delivered today and that the balance will be delivered tomorrow , because you will be giving the other 350 today to someone else , so now i have to wait, my builders will have to be stalled which is not ideal due to the weather conditions or any day for that fact. Not only was the tone we received unprofessional, the fact that you took it upon yourself to decide for us that this will be okay , and when we request the money for the 350 bricks we haven't received be returned we are then advised by you that were being rude. I'm very disappointment in your service , communication, and lack of professional attitude & customer service as well as how you conduct business and I will proceed to share this bad experience in order for people to be made aware of your bad service before they decide to go with Cashbuild, and hopefully this will serve as an incentive for you to clean up your act. How does something like this happen, do you over sell due to greed and then the customer is just nothing to you after payment is made?, sure feels that way.
