Angry customer

Last week we went to cashbuild Malamulele. It took time for us to get help. All the staff members kept saying they are busy even though they didn't have customers. Even after paying for the items we had to wait for a very long time for them to bring them to us.on the website it says free delivery. At the shop they say R500 delivery. That shop needs to employ new people even training won't change their attitudes.im never ever going to cashbuild again.they have no respect for customers whatsoever.
