Absolute no client services

On Friday morning early, 4 December 2015 I bought goods at the Oudtshoorn Cashbuild.<br> I requested that they deliver the goods. I only stay about 3km away from the Oudtshoorn Cashbuild.<br> Today, 14h50 I phone the Oudtshoorn branch to enquire when my goods will be delivered as they close at 15h00. I was answered by a rude employee. He said that they won't be delivering today. Delivery department has closed for the day. NOBODY contacted me to inform me that they couldn't deliver. Now they can only deliver on Monday. I work on Monday!!! I asked to speak to the deliveries department or the Manager - they refused to speak to me. TERRIBLE SERVICE - very disappointed!!! I am a regular Cashbuild customer.
