You Sell Goods that dont work

I am so unhappy about your service, I am going to make it a point that I let people know that you sell goods that doesn't work and you are ******** people. Bought a Samsung Washing machine from your Randburg branch and though it does come on the washing machine doesn't function at all. The drum doesnt turn and it gives errors due to the fact that I travel a lot I haven't been able to take the machine in for them to repair it during the warranty period which I discovered expired 4 days ago due to the fact that my job involves a lot of traveling. I call them this morning to take the machine in they tell me they cant assist me all they can do is get quotes and tell me how much it will cost me to repair it. Stop ******** people by selling them faulty goods which you claim you have checked and they work I spent R2700 buying a useless machine and you guys dont take into consideration that the 25th was a holiday. I am not happy with your service whatsoever!
