You Misused and Damaged My Device!

I took my bluetooth speaker in to pawn it. When I went to get it back, 01. It had stains, 02. I've never used any external hardware like a USB stick or a memory stick, but my speaker had scratches in and around those ports and 03. the charging port is now misaligned, I cannot charge my speaker anymore! Who do I talk to about this?
