Wow. The manager rocks

I am seriously chuffed with Cash Crusaders Rosmead Avenue Branch. I had quite an expensive washing machine which I wanted to sell. But I wanted a good return on my investment. So I thought I would try a few Cash Crusaders stores to see what they would offer me.The first store I went to found it funny that I wanted so much money for my machine. Because it was so new, I thought I would get my asking price. Any case, I then went to the Rosmead Avenue branch and then saw this small lady in the Buy shop. I looked at her and thought I was gonna waste my time. She then came over and introduced herself as Roxanne, store manager. Talk about confidence, and that warm infectious smile she gave me. Roxanne then explained that they are essentially a second hand retailer and the amount I was looking for was too much. She asked what other items I have at home that I could sell and even said they will buy it in the comfort of my home at no extra cost to me. I was impressed with the way I was treated, even though I did not get my initial asking price. Thank you Roxanne for the explanation as well as the way you treated me..like royalty. Without a doubt, Roxanne and her Rosmead Avenue branch rocks.
