Worst Service on this side of the planet, ****** too, there i said it!!!

I took my Play Station 4 Console in for a soft loan to Cash Crusader Rustenburg, Midtown Mall. The same day i went back into the shop i found the staff doing their thing playing Fifa as usual hiding from management (I say always cos they are always doing it when im in the shop trying to check what i can buy off the shelves) I went back into the recieving office of the shop to ask the gentleman who sent it into the shop for testing to store it safely as i font feel comfortable having their staff playing on it like it belong to their shop…Cool a few weeks went by i went in to pick up my console, got home to plug it up and test it, lo and behold my personal data has been of 200gigs has been deleted and replaced with a game of FIFA 2014, the very same game the staff was playing. My question is which clause of the loan contract stipulates that Cash Crusader reserves the right to use loaned out equipment for their entertainment during work hours. They will probably deny that they game most of the time and i can tell you exactly how they stand when they do it, and those who know the truth in that shop will fully agree with me. Ok back to my issue, no one is taking responsibility for the loss of my data, i in-cured costs downloading that 200GB worth of data and it is deleted by Cash Crusader for what? To be entertained at my expense, i called the manager to let her know she tell me come to the shop as if she going to help me and i still wasted my petrol to go get offer for a new game, i dont give a **** about a new game, i want the one that was downloaded and im not willing to leave my console over night only for it to be *****ed over again. Why do your employees play games at work, and why do they use customer equipment like they at some ****ing man cave. Discipline your staff, the product doesnt belong to the shop until the contract is over, their excuse was that they had to test it, who asked me, i was standing inside the shop and they casually deleted my **** to install their favorite game, on MY CONSOLE? It’s disrespectful and appauling, you will say im pulling the race card if i tell you that if white man dropped off his console none of that **** would have happened. I used to like your shop, but you ****ed it up. **** you Cash Crusaders…
