Worst service by the owner at Cash crusaders Centurion Mall

So i had borrowed or pawned my playstation at Cash Crusaders Centurion. I unfortunately missed my deadline for renewal. So thats fine i accepted that. One of the staff explained to me that since i missed my payment and the goods is now on sale i can lay buy it and buy it back. I was willing to do that and the manager went to speak to the owner. I just wanted to get a chance to buy back my goods through laybuy but she point blank refused and became very arrogant. I was willing to buy the goods for the selling price of R4800 even thought i had borrowed it for R2000 but she refused. She kept on tell me that rules are rules. This is by far the worst service and a **** what they did to be honest.
