Worst service at Cash Crusaders!!!!
Worst Customer service ever!!!! Would not recommend to anyone and will tell my experience to everyone!!!
Bought myself a Doogee S41 pro on the 11th of January 2024. Had problems with the speaker and handed in on 2nd of March 2024 for warranty fixing. Received my phone on 17th of March back. Speaker fixed BUT NOW THEY BROKE MY PHONE. CANT MAKE AND RECEIVE CALLS AT ALL. DISCOLOUR OF PHONE. WENT BACK AND WAS TOLD TO SEND IT BACK FOR FIXING!!!!! THIS PHONE IS BARELY 2 MONTHS OLD!!!! THEY BROKE IT BUT REFUSE TO ASSIST ME IN MY DILEMA!!!!
