Worst service and ripped me off

I had taken a loan with Cash Crusaders and they kept my laptop you have an option of extending the loan at a certain fee Monthly untill you can pay back the loan in full I received an sms from them on Friday saying my loan would expire in 48 hours unfortunately I was in bed sick and could not go to the store to repay they usually send you an sms with a link to pay the account but this time they did not send it I stay with my elderly Mom only and had no one to send to the store yesterday I went to the clinic and was there until late and therefore could not make it to the store I went in today with my clinic sick note as well and explained to them that I was ill and could not come to the store to pay or send someone to pay it as I Stay with my elderly Mom they did not want to hear it and said it has expired and has been put up for sale had they sent me that sms with the link that they normally send Monthly I would have paid the loan on Friday now I explained to them that being sick was out of my control they practically don't care saying they can't do anything about that.
