Worst service

Cashcrusader in Marshalltown Johannesburg sold my son a fridge that is clearly working, they made him and later told him it's not working and there is no refund policy, he bought the fridge for R2100 and they made he sell it back for R1000, the fridge never left the shop, my son couldn't take it because it's not working, basically he just donated R1100 to cashcrusader. I called the manager who was very rude and shouting at me on the phone, a Zulu speaking lady. The worst worst service and daylight *******.
