Worst retail store service ever experienced

Good day, this is now the 3rd time I'm at Cash Crusaders Doringkloof to pay for something which I got a cash advance on. The problem is that on the paper I received it says that the shop opens at 8am and close at 6pm, i stay about 20min drive from this branch,and I have to be at work at 9am,the reason I came here before work is that I expected to find the store open, as I saw that they open at 8am according to the document i signed and received a copy of for the item I left here. I might be wrong, but I'm quite sure that it is seen as a legal document.....

I have never seen such poor serice, as I showed 1 of the employees the paper thru the window, who then started laughing and showed with his fingers they only open at 9 and then walked away.

I also work in retail, and if this happens by my work place that person will definitely be looking for other employment.... Unfortunately we "Retail" are dependent on the customers.....
