Worst Management Department Ever Seen In The Entire Retail Industry. The guy blatantly refused to give a refund on a product that was purchased, and failed to meet the requirements for which it was purchased, clearly contradicting their salesperson's confirmation of the desired feature being available on the product. This *********** manager even made it clear that he is not to deal with the subject matter at hand,and we should therefore resolve the query with the salesperson. I was further disappointed by the fact that this manager was rude and had no intention of treating the customer fairly, as he repeated multiple times that the product's packaging usually confuses his sales staff, this lead me to believing that he is ********, as he is aware of a situation and yet takes no action in resolving the problem . I would urge everyone who wants to purchase anything from The Cash Crusaders in Florida to think twice before actually going there.
