WORST IN THE BUSINESS
The worst customer service ever experienced. They literally left my case on ice and even stopped responding to my emails. The quick replies to reviews here is just an act to appear good in front of people. Behind closed doors, they have a very rude customer service that only listens to themselves. I'm currently preparing to approach Consumer Protection because of these ******.
