Worst experience ever — Cash Crusaders Kenako took my money, no delivery, no honesty

I ordered a laptop from Cash Crusaders Kenako on 27 February 2026 (Order #***). I paid R1,986 including delivery.

For a full week, they did not deliver. I called, emailed, and DM’ed them repeatedly — no tracking number, no updates, no honesty.

On 7 March, they told me to come collect. When I arrived, they said the laptop was faulty — something they never told me before. They refunded me but refused to compensate me for my wasted time, transport, and stress.

This branch is unprofessional, dishonest, and I do not recommend them at all. Avoid if you don’t want to be treated this way.
