Worst experience

I had a terrible experience with this store. Before going in, I called and sent texts to confirm if they accept washing machines, but no one bothered to answer despite the store being empty when I arrived. Their website states they accept all appliances, including washing machines, so I hired a van and brought mine in. Only when I got there was I told they don’t take washing machines at this specific branch and that I’d need to go to another store miles away.

This lack of communication cost me unnecessary time and money on transport. I asked why no one could simply answer the phone or messages, but got no clear response. I then had to hire another van to take the washing machine to a different Cash Crusaders, where the service was extremely slow and unhelpful.

In the end, I was left feeling taken advantage of. Because of the extra expenses, I had no choice but to accept a very low offer for my washing machine. The whole process was stressful, costly, and frustrating. Customers deserve clear communication, honesty, and basic respect, none of which I received here.
