WORST EVER MANAGER ETHICS

On 3-3-2020 at cash crusaders Dobsonville I made a purchase of 2 Jebson LED computer speakers and the services I received was wonderful from the sales person and cashier but unfortunately the speakers only played for 20mins and started cutting sound so on 6-3-2020 I returned and speakers were re-tested and played for a few minutes so I took it home only for it to not play anymore once again, so I recorded the playback and on Monday returned to cash crusaders Dobsonville cause was told my last day to return the product if I am not happy is then so I went there on 9-3-2020 only to be dissapointed by the manager ( SIYA) who tested and spot on they cut like when i am at home. Initially I wanted to exchanged and buy more quality speakers at a higher price but he told me there is no exchange, no warranty on the new product and no guarantee and if I want them I should pay repair fee so I told him I dont know the information his giving me. With me is the slip of payment ( via debit card ) and with him are the speakers
