worst customer service and bad atitude

Firstly i bought a nokia phone from them and its was faulty the phone would not keep its charge after going back to them every week for 3 weeks i finally demanded my money back and i was told by hien who buys the items off people tells me he will not give me my money back he calls me dude like im his chommy are something they offer me another phone but all the phones i i picked where damage . How does he buy broken stuff and resell it and refuse to refund it.. 2nd complaint i pawned my tablet s4 and i went for 2 months in a row to pay the interest and suddenly the wanna charge me almost double on the 3rd month again bad service was given .i phoned the head office and complained and still today im waiting for the big boss to contact me back .. is this what cash crusaders is about taken ppls money and not given what is agreed and no feed back from head office ... i feel they are taken a advantage of ppm that are in need of money and pushing them aside when they need assistants .. is this the legal way of robbing the poor and telling them not to come back... i would rather go to cash convertors as they are much better with service and 2nd hands goods and prices ... get what you paid 4
