Worst cellphone experience at Cash Crusaders

Personally, I would not recommend anyone looking to buy a cellphone,to do so at cash Crusaders. Their products are horrible and it gives you the most dreading experiences. I bought a doogee cellphone from them late last year and their customer service was so convincing. They even told me that it's a brand new phone that they just got in. But little did I know that in less than a year of having this phone I would be having endless problems with my touch. I have to literally rotate my screen all the time if I want to use certain letters or numbers. I can't even access my apps that are located on the left side of my phone because the left side of my touch does not work. When I want to type one letter the phone hops to ten other letters This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a cellphone. How can you ******* your customers like this? Your pitching is convincing but you have a lack of communication and information. You guys should not only promote the advantages but also the disadvantages of the nonsense you are selling to people
