Worst Cash Crusaders Ever Cash Crusaders Parow Centre

Cash Crusaders Parow Centre is the worst Cash Crusaders that I have ever been to and do not even get me started on their whatsapp platform. I've visited alot of the crusaders stores but this one never fails to disgust me. I've even sent a complaint to Cash Crusaders Head Office nearly a month ago and never received a response from them. When you go into the store its always filthy and never once was I ever greeted by a staff member and I've been in that store a minimum of 7 times. I've sent a whatsapp message to their number against my better judgement. Anelisa responded asking how she/he could assist me after I already asked if they have any coffee machines available. I pointed out to the question that I asked and they said they'll go check, as unprofessional as you can. Half a hour goes pass and I ask why is it taking so long as I'm driving in the direction of the mall. The response I got is a direct qoute " am not physically in store" and then I sent them a message to ask how the hell that works. He/she responded with "don't be rude" and said they are "a buyer not a seller". By this time I've been waiting for over an hour for a simple yes or no. I told them I'm going to complain at their Head Office and put this on Hello Peter so that others can be aware of the terrible terrible service you get if you shop at this Cash Crusaders. When I told them know this is a Mike Cooper store and would like him to know about this he/she then blocked me! I have saved the messages and took screenshots because I've never been so took back by this level of unprofessionalism.
