Worst branch and manager

Hi. Your branch in Pinetown is absolutely pathetic. My phone was sent in for repairs more than a month ago and it was said they will give me a refund. My wallet was ****** and my slip was in my wallet,so it's lost. I went in to the Pinetown branch because they knew about me and that they made a copy of the slip and they have a record of the sale on computer. When I got there I spoke to the manager Jennifer who didn't even try to help me. She was rude because of I complained at head office because of their poor service. She told me if I lost my slip she can't help me and I can't get my money back. So this is how you guys are planning to make money from *****ing it?
