They advertise items, take your payment with a confirmation email, but when you send someone to collect, the product isn’t what you paid for. Then they send a “collected” notification even though you got nothing. Zero follow-up communication despite promises to call back. Emailed my ID and bank details for a refund. They flip the script and make their *****-up your fault. Avoid at all costs!
