Worse Service Ever

I purchased a camera for R3300.00, 3 moth ago. I went to do a buy back today, and they offered me R900.00 for a buy it back. How the hell? The buyer told me that they will only be able to sell the camera for R1500.00, then why would you sell the camera 3 months ago for R3300.00. No camera would ever reduce in price by more than 50% in just a quarter. This clearly indicates that the camera was sold to me at a lot more than it was supposed to.

I provided them with the relevant information, I also bought the camera incomplete from The Greenacres Branch, no charger, no USB cable only the camera, the buyer at Newton Park Gqaberha (Sihle - Buyer) want ed to send me back to another the branch that I bought is, telling me straight that the once store and the other store is not a part of the same company, How can Cash crusaders at one location say that it is not the same company, even though it is a franchise it is under the same name and umbrella.

You are clearly ripping people off, either give me the balance back, or buy the camera back at the proper buy back costing. I still have the POP, and also indicated that the buyer can check on the system regarding the purchase, however he did not even consider it.
