Woes of shopping online with Cash Crusaders

What a massive pain in the ass to shop online on their website... I wanted to buy a new rugged phone they stock. Started looking and found that you have to go to a map, get the store name, go back to the page the item is listed on and then enter the name of the store you just picked from the map to see if they have stock. Many stores have no feedback, some will state no stock. So great, that's step one, takes a long time to do.

Then, you must physically confirm stock. Phone them, no stock available.... Tell them the system says they have stock, oh yes, sorry, we do have stock. OK, add to basket.. Go to payment options, no Mobicred option. Phone the store again, speak to the manager, refers me to customer care. Phone them, yes, mistake on the system, will give feedback in 30min... 2 hours later, still waiting.

Terrible system that will cost Cash Crusaders tons of money.
