Why have official closing hours when your staff closes as and when they feel

Customer Service at your Daveyton store is the most appalling. I borrowed against my Microwave 2 months back and last month on the due date I sent my brother to the shop to pay. He was there at 17:50 and found the store closed. The closing hours on the window state that you close at 18:00 by the way.

I went again with my brother the next day, rushing from work, 16ks out of my route home and arrived at about 17:40 to find the doors closed again. One lady was on the phone and another guy busy packing stock and just looking at us through the window. I called the guy and showed him the operating hours pasted on the side of the door and he said 18:00 is for them to be walking out of the door. His said his name is Sphamandla.

Called the next day and the lady I spoke to said the microwave has been priced and is on the floor but I can send someone to pay the interest and they'll put it back to storage. I guess she remembered the incident from previous day and might have felt empathetic.

Yesterday I tried to log on the payment link but it did not allow me to pay the full amount and again I asked my brother to go pay and he comes back and tells me the doors where locked when they got there at 17:18. That time I hired a car to go fetch the goods only to be told this.

I also work, our operating hours are 17:00. We close exactly at 17:00 and if a client walks in at 16:59 with a query that will take an hour, I assist till they're satisfied.

Your stuff is running this shop like they own it. The decency of telling a client that 18:00 is for them to be walking out shows just how pompous they are. Acting all high and might. Your definitely running a tuck shop, befitting to how that's how low you think of your clients. That time it's the only one around my area.
