Why do we get guarantee
I bought a Dixon twintub washing machine last year. So i got a 1year garentee on it. So i send my machine back about 2 months ago for them to repair it with the guarantee. They send the machine to their repair guy and he send a letter back saying we abuse the spinner and we must pay r750 in to repair it. How can that be. I always make sure that its not fully loaded. I will never buy dixon product again. Because now i dont have that money just to put down at once. Im washing with my bare hands. Why do they give gaurentee if you cant used it
