WHEN YOU HIRE ROADSIDE TRASH AS A MANAGER - CASH CRUSADERS LAMBTON GERMISTON

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received from Cash Crusaders Lambton. The experience was not only frustrating but also unacceptable for a paying customer.

I had scheduled to collect a washing machine from the Lambton store, only to discover upon arrival that the machine was in the warehouse. The store manager, Thuli, failed to inform me of this beforehand. When I arrived, she dismissed my concerns, treated me as though I was not a valued customer, and refused to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused.

I had already arranged transport for the washing machine to be taken to KZN, which involved significant cost and planning. Despite this, the manager showed no willingness to assist or rectify the situation, stating it was not the store’s responsibility. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer needs is unacceptable.

The conduct displayed reflects poorly on Cash Crusaders as an organization. Employing individuals who lack basic customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively undermines trust in your brand. Customers should not be subjected to such dismissive and unprofessional treatment, especially when making high-value purchases.

I expect Cash Crusaders to take this complaint seriously, investigate the matter, and implement corrective measures to ensure no other customer experiences such negligence and disrespect.
