Whatsapp Sales Unattended for Days

It's really annoying that whatsapp enquiries tend to be unattended for a long period of time by cash crusader employees. I have tried 6 stores already including Dobsonville and Maponya but only getting a response a day later then ignore again for the rest of the day. The stuff does not take online sales seriously, we are really taken for granted over walk in customers, I don't know what's the point of this initiative if I have to wait the whole day just to get a simple pricing for the item I want to pawn. I'm really annoyed right now. How do I have the confidence to arrange an item pick up for bigger items once pawned if they fail to attend to such a small rquest. Can someone please attend to this, it's getting into my nerves
