I have bought a game for my Xbox I but it did not work On my console so I took it back to store for a retern which store clearly states on back of there cash slip 48 hours to do a retern on item when u got there I was told by the floor manager that n refund spoke Zulu to others other colleagues so I can't understand told me no refund but what I can to is sell it to the buy in department but I won't get what I paid for is this a tactic west wood mall cash crusaders uses to swindle hard working people out there goods I was told to come Back he will speak to his manager when u got Back I was completely ignored is this the standard of customer service we as the the customer must endore I will recommend that west wood is mall cash crusaders are clearly out to make a easy buck please be aware of this type of people
