WEAK/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day.

I visited Cash Crusaders Upington today. I waited for more than one hours to helped and there where 2 people before me.

The lady that was doing all the work, all she talked about was going on her lunch break...which in my eyes is highly unproffesional in front of potential clients.

This is not the first time I had this type of encounter at Cash Crusaders Upington.

When is the customer service going to get better?

This is pathetic to say the least!!
