Waste of Time Don't Even Go There to Sell your Goods!

<p>I Phoned in advance to the Overport branch and spoke to their buyer. I told him I had a Playstation VR that wanted to take a cash loan against and asked if I needed to also bring along my Playstation 4 Pro system in order for him to test it. He seemed to acknowledge what I said and even said "Yes you will have to bring it to test the system". I drove out to the store and struggled to find parking. One in the store I was told that they could not accept it because it was too specialised. Yet the store is filled with specialised items. I did not understand it. Especially after I phoned in advance. The manager of the branch just sat in the little office behind the purchasing counter, not even getting out of his chair to speak to me. He just told the purchaser to tell me to go away. The purchaser then took a few steps back as if there was something wrong with me and said "Sorry I cannot touch that thing. It is too expensive. My boss says No." I felt quite annoyed that I had packed it all up and driven out all that way just to be treated like a lepper by an ******** buyer and a lazy boss who could not even be bothered to get up to speak to me about why he wouldn't accept the item. It is brand new and nothing wrong with it. I don't mind if the company won't buy these sort of things - but goodness don't waste my time if I phoned you in advance and certainly don't be so rude about it! SHAME ON YOU! My colleague at work also says the overweight manager seemed so rude and very lazy to her as well one day when she went to buy something there so it seems the problem is with him and not the store!</p>
