Waste Experience ever

I brought a bluetooth speaker from cash crusader in southdale Dixon T5 and what a big mistake I did, basically bought the speaker that only worked for 7 days then it went dead. I went back for an exchange on the 17th of June and on the 22nd of June the speaker dead as well on me. I then went back to cash crusaders for a refund but now I'm being told that they can't assist me. What bull 😤 😒 is that and manje I must wait a month for the Bluetooth speaker to be repaired. I'm not impressed at all. Waste experience. I would like a superior to please give me a call and explain 😔 coz I'm feed up. ***
