Washing machine complaint

I bought a washing machine from cash crusaders in three rivers vereeniging in March a samsung 6kg white it was on a Saturday I used it once Sunday and again the following Saturday it just smell as if sumthing is burning I switch it off and when putting it back on it did not want to go on I called fhanelo the guy I bought it from he said I can bring it back for repairs because it has a warranty for 6 months I took it back in April on the 5th they said I shud call after a month because that's how long repairs takes I call in May they said the waiting for the warehouse then I called again I spoke to fhanelo he keeps on giving me stories about repairs and they still looking for the part to fix the machine ojk then I called again I spoke to the assistant manager he said I shud call the following day to speak to the manager then I called the following day I spoke to Louise she told me the same story she is waiting for the part from repairs and that she will call me next week ok next week came they never called me so I called today there was no answer this is so unprofessional it's highly unexpectable I don't want the washing machine back I want my money the way they deal with this complaint is very unexpectable they been having the washing machine for 3 months already I'm so unhappy
