Washing machine

Bought a washing machine from cash crusaders want to wash with it the next day it did'nt want to pump out the water. Phoned them they told me that i must bring it back from witch a don't even have a bakkie and that the technician wil have a look at because he don't come out to homes. Is ask if i can have my money back they said no.
