Not a good experience, first of all spamming SMS messages Cash Crusaders vs Cash Xchange, disputes should be handled without involving your clients. I received a number of SMS's indicating a branch have closed down and inviting me to the nearest branch... Upon arrival as a buyer I feel I was treated like a ********: So a guy with a floppy hat is allowed to wear his hat in the store but my cap is not allowed, I am unable to see the difference as the flap is the same length on the floppy and cap. I pointed this out but also respected the request. What made me feel very uncomfortable was, the same guy who asked me to remove my cap also became my escort, and I did politely asked him why he feel the need to follow me and got the reply to make sure I am ok, never mine all the cameras in the store and having my daughter with me. Why not just watch me on the cameras instead of making me feel like I am doing something wrong.
