I bought a second-hand car amplifier from your Kollonade branch. Five months later it stopped working so I went back to get a credit or have it repaired. They said they cant help me if I dont have an invoice from n vat registered installation company. But your warranty policy states (New car sound and vision equipment are only guaranteed if installed by a qualified VAT- registered installation company.) It only says "New" car sound. Nothing about second-hand.

Thank you head office for phoning me, just te waste my time some more, telling me they can send it for repairs, but i will have you pay for the repair... So *** is the warranty for !!??
