Waiting 6 months for a phone repair.

I bought a N20 pro last year 2021 in the beginning of February, and the phone stopped charging in September of 2021 and I returned it as it's under warranty for 12 months, I'm still waiting for it to be repaired ,they are waiting for parts it is 07/03/2022 .
